Afaik when an account has negative platinum (which is a thing on live), the user gets suspended from the game (not the typical suspension, instead the negative platinum suspension). At the end of the day, if someone finds it annoying, they can manually fix it in WebUI (afterall you can only get negative plat through WebUI in Emu).
