If you type something in "Add Items" and press Enter, it works as expected and applies the change, but if you do so at Credits, Platinum, Endo or Regal Aya and press Enter, it doesn't add anything and you have to manually press the "Add" button with the mouse instead.

Which browser? I'm using Opera GX currently. I can check with the same browser that you use

It works fine for me in Firefox and Chrome.

Tested on Firefox and it works... then I re-tested on Opera GX and it suddenly works... idk why it didn't work before (maybe Opera GX is stupid), tested it before a couple of times without success and now it does all of a sudden🤦
