EntratiVaultCountLastPeriod seems to be the number of "pulses used", along with EntratiVaultCountResetDate being 0 UTC of the next monday.

For example, one can spend 2 pulses to set EntratiLabConquestUnlocked or EchoesHexConquestUnlocked from 0 to 1 for the week. The active personal modifiers would also need to be saved.
