I forgot to add a check to see if the data sent is greater than what is currently in the stats. I'll be able to add it tomorrow

When a milestone reward (excluding Evergreen and 5-day reward) is selected, the corresponding StoreItemType should be added to LoginMilestoneRewards to prevent the client from showing past rewards
